Fall 2021 Public Programs
As we return to our galleries and offices in the Carpenter Center building alongside the students, staff, and faculty in the Department of Art, Film, and Visual Studies (AFVS), we have decided to dedicate our public programming this semester to the amazing group of artists who are serving as visiting faculty members in AFVS this year. Working across photography, participatory and performance-based practices, painting and drawing, and video, we are fortunate to have in our community this year an impressive and wide-ranging group of artists whose work we’d like to share with both our immediate community in the department and on campus, and with our expanded communities in Boston, the US, and around the world. Most evenings will feature two artists presenting their work and taking questions from attendees. Visiting faculty teaching in the spring will present next semester. Each program will take place on Zoom.
